- Service calls are for labor only and does not
include cost of materials, products or parts
- Go MCD Technology provides only specialized computer
support to assist your "in house" network administrator.
- Due to the specialized nature of
technology, it is best to stay with a certified and trained technician.
Consultations and support provided by another technology company must meet
prior approval by Go MCD. There are multiple ways to troubleshoot and
maintain a network. A technician unfamiliar with a network will spend
needless hours and expense just becoming familiar with a system.
- Go MCD Technology cannot guarantee
on-site service at a specific time. Service calls are to be scheduled in
advance, but Go MCD can neither guarantee a specific day nor a specific
arrival time.
- It is the responsibility of the client
/organization to
back up all data. Frequent and regular back up is STRONGLY recommended.
- Go MCD Technology reserves the right to
cancel a service call at any time.
- Go MCD Technology reserves the right to
refuse service to any client /organization at any time.
- Go MCD Technology cannot be held
responsible for computer related failure of hardware or software due to
on-site service, off-site service, or consultations.
- Go MCD Technology is not to be held
responsible for loss of revenue as a result of networking, hardware or
software “down time” or failure.
- Payment is expected for service work on
delivery.
- Contract must be renewed/updated monthly.
- Go MCD Technology is not responsible for
exposure to pornography, junk e-mail, spams, junk ware, ad ware, spy ware, and/or explicit content.
- Go MCD Technology cannot be held
responsible for downloaded viruses, unsecured file transfers, and unsecured downloads.
- Web templates, designs, and software
programs designed/owned by Go MCD Technology remain the property of Go MCD
Technology and may be leased or licensed to the client for use. Go MCD
Technology retains the right to refuse usage at any time.
- Go MCD is not responsible for failure of
network installed by Go MCD and/or by any other networking company.
- Go MCD Technology is not to be held
liable for hardware or software damage or loss by lightning, tornados,
flooding – acts of God, vandalism, theft, inappropriate/careless use,
overheating, spilled drinks/food and or dust.
- Go MCD Technology is not responsible for
faulty wiring and/or overloaded circuits/UPS. Users are STRONGLY urged
against plugging too many cords into a UPS. Do not overload the surge
protector by plugging in floor heaters, fans, etc. to the UPS!
- Troubleshooting of computers, networking
equipment, software programs, hardware may result in hardware
malfunction/failure, software malfunction/failure and/or other problems. Go
MCD is not to be held accountable for these failures.
- Go MCD Technology is not responsible for
any computer-related malfunctions/failures as a result of troubleshooting.
- Go MCD Technology is not responsible for
replacement of defective products and parts. The manufacturer is
responsible for honoring their warranties and the client is responsible for any
replacement, shipping and handling costs not covered under the specified
manufactures warranty.
- Equipment, products, materials, and parts
are guaranteed according to manufacturer specifications, terms conditions and
warranties.
- Go MCD Technology is not responsible for
changes made by the user of computers, networking equipment, web pages and
other computer-related materials.
- Go MCD Technology is not responsible for
security or web content and/or any damage, slander, liable, stolen
intellectual content caused by web site information or content.
- Delinquent accounts are subject to a 14%
interest charge on the unpaid balance and up to 10 % late charges compounded
monthly unless prior arrangements have been approved by Go MCD Technology in
writing.
- Go MCD Technology does not perform data backups of any
kind. Backing up data is the responsibility of the person, owner, or
organization.
- You are responsible for backing-up your data before Go
MCD Technology repairs or upgrades your computer or server.
- Go MCD Technology and its employees are not liable for
lost data or any damage resulting from lost data; nor are we responsible for
additional problems or damage that may occur while we are in the possession
of your equipment.
- Go MCD Technology does not provide training on how to
backup your data.
